Professional Experience: Adjunct lecturer (PD 407/80) at the following institutions: Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, University of Macedonia, Democritus University of Thrace, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, University of the Aegean, University of Thessaly (2001–2007). Faculty member of the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (since 2007). Associate teaching staff at the Hellenic Open University (since 2005), in the Postgraduate Program “Studies in Education” of the School of Humanities, in the thematic unit “Educational Research in Practice”. Visiting researcher at the School of Psychology, University of Kent, UK (2011), and at the Department of Psychology, School of Social Science, Policy and Evaluation, Claremont Graduate University, USA (2013–2014). Graduate-level teaching in postgraduate programs at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki: Department of Psychology, School of Medicine, and the UNESCO Chair.

Scientific Work: Recognized research output, comprising over seventy publications in peer-reviewed international and Greek scientific journals, book chapters in edited volumes, and editorial contributions to scholarly publications by Greek and international academic publishers (h-index: 17). Organizer of four special issues in international scientific journals. Serves as Associate Editor and Editorial Board Member for both Greek and international academic journals. Reviewer for more than seventeen international peer-reviewed journals. Research findings have been presented at over 130 national and international scientific conferences. Organization of fifteen national and international scientific symposia and conferences. Participation in both international and national research projects. Evaluator for research funding organizations, including the European Research Council (ERC) and the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI / ΕΛΙΔΕΚ).
